Grilled Zucchini

I grilled some yellow and green zucchini seasoned them with Italian Herb dipping oil, S & P to go with the Spicy Mexican Lamb Kababs made.

  1. We love grilled zucchini, too! I slice mine in half the long way and then drizzle on a bit of EVOO and Mrs. Dash Table Blend. I put mine directly on the top rack of the bbq and grill them for just a few minutes on each side. I love the smoky flavor they get. So yummy.
