I love grilling and I love me some juicy steaks! This marinade is my regular and it's truly delish!
French dressing (Italian dressing works well too)
sea salt
peppercorn medley
Oregano
fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag, add steaks, shake and marinade for 30 minutes (for fast preparation) or overnight.

Mint Sauce
This sauce is great for lamb. I made this a few times years ago...back in 2007. Sorry I don't have any pictures to show but it is truly delish! I need to really get back into the kitchen so I can capture some pictures to add to my old recipes blogs. Enjoy!
Instructions:
Dissolve 1.5 Tbsps of sugar in hot water, when cool add 1/3 cup of chopped mint and half cup of vinegar. Malt vinegar is preferred.
